Customer Service and Satisfaction
You will deal directly with us. Our installers will always provide you with an outstanding installation. We train all journeyman installers for 3 - 6 months and have them factory certified before doing a job on their own. Sales consultants Julie Herschbach will provide all the information for you to make the selection of film and answer all your questions regarding scheduling and payment.

Jim & Julie Herschbach started the business in 1989. Both are longtime Oregon residents with an in depth knowledge of what works best in our environment. They are also proud members of NWSID, ASID, HBA, and IWFA for over 10 years.
Outstanding Service
Your home will be treated with respect. We use plenty of drop clothes and wear shoe covers. When we undertake an installation, the glass is extensively cleaned and detailed before and after it is tinted. In the unlikely event of any problems in the future, you can be assured that we stand behind our installations and will offer a prompt response.

Because of the many misconceptions about window film, we believe in taking the time to educate potential clients about the product we are recommending. By attending yearly educational meetings we keep up on industry trends and new technical advances to provide the best service to our customers.
Value
We can always guarantee you the fairest price, but cannot always provide the lowest bid. However, we will do our best to meet or beat any written price quotes from licensed competitors. There are films, which are much less expensive to carry, but as in most cases with the cheap products you “get what you pay for.” We carry films with the best warranties and quality control, and we have no hidden costs or up charges.
