Customer Service and Satisfaction: You will deal directly with us. We will always provide you with an outstanding installation. We train all journeyman installers for up to six months, and will have them factory certified before doing a job on their own. Sales consultants Julie Herschbach and Leslie Stoddard will provide all the information for you to make your film selection, and will answer all your questions.  Leslie Stoddard is also the Office Manager and her goals are to provide you with the best customer service and also answer all your questions.

Locally Owned: Jim and Julie started the business in 1989. Both longtime Oregon residents, they have in-depth knowledge of what works best in our environment. Films must be customized to your window type to achieve the best results.

Outstanding Service: Your home will be treated with respect. We use plenty of drop cloths and wear shoe covers in all homes. When we undertake an installation, the glass is extensively cleaned and detailed before and after it is tinted. In the unlikely event of any problems in the future, you can be assured that we stand behind our installations and will offer prompt response.

Fully Licensed and Insured: We carry extensive liability insurance and are licensed and bonded with the state of Oregon CBB# 63580 and the state of  Washington   CCCBCO# PROTII*937J3.

Knowledge: Because of the many misconceptions about window film, we believe in taking the time to educate potential clients about the product we are recommending. In order to provide the best service to our customers, we keep up on industry trends and new technical advances by attending yearly Hüper Optik meetings.

Value: We can always guarantee you the fairest price, but cannot always provide the lowest bid. However, we will do our best to meet or beat any written price quotes from licensed competitors. There are films, which are much less expensive to carry, but in most cases, with the cheap products, you get what you pay for. We have chosen to carry films with the best warranties and quality control. We have no hidden costs or up charges.
